Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreement for Dedication of Easement (COF Contract No. 2018-0128) for the Curd Branch and Watson Branch Interceptor Sewer Project.
Background
The contractor installed a portion of the sanitary sewer line on the Curd Branch and Watson Branch Interceptor Sewer Project outside the permanent easement. They had a choice of relaying the sewer line within the permanent easement or obtaining a new easement from the property owner. They chose to obtain the easement from the property owner.

No financial impact with this agreement.
