Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreement for Dedication of Easement (COF Contract No. 2017-0191) for Gateway Village, Lot 136 (Gateway Village Office Building).
Background
In order to provide sanitary sewer service to lot 136, the sanitary sewer main had to be extended from lot 135. An easement was necessary for this extension.
