Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Contract (COF Contract No. 2017-0263) with Hobas Inspection.
Background
As part of the repair of the Harpeth River Interceptor, the pipe manufacturer, Hobas, wanted to inspect the interior of the failed pipe in the trench prior to removal of the pipe to ground surface.
Financial Impact
No cost associated with this agreement.
