Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Professional Services Agreement (COF Contract No. 2016-0355) with Tennessee One Call System.
Background
Annually, as part of the membership into the Tennessee One Call program, participating agencies pay the membership fee. This cost is annually budgeting for as the City remains part of this program.
Financial Impact
The cost associated with this agreement was for an amount not to exceed $1,000.00.
