Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Final Change Order to the Construction Contract (COF Contract No. 2016-0083) with Cleary Construction, Inc. for the Ladd Park Interceptor Sewer Improvements Project for a Decrease in Cost of $41,382.25 and a Time Extension through September 11, 2018. 

 

Background

The construction contract for the Ladd Park Interceptor Sewer Improvements Project was approved at the February 14, 2017, BOMA meeting and awarded to Cleary Construction, Inc. in the amount of $2,339,780.00.  Construction on the project is complete.

 

Financial Impact

This final reconciling change order is a decrease in the construction contract of $41,382.50.
