Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning an annexation request and draft Plan of Services for the property at 4356 South Carothers Road.
Background
This property is contiguous to the city limits along the east side of the property line. The property is adjacent to the Colletta Park subdivision, and allows for a road within Colletta Park to be extended to S. Carothers Road. This property is in the Mixed Residential Design Concept, and the applicant’s proposed uses would be supported by Envision Franklin.
