Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal quotation of ESRI for Enterprise License Agreement of our GIS system.
Background
This is our standard yearly renewal with ESRI for our GIS software. This provides support and maintenance of our GIS system until Aug 24, 2019.
Financial Impact
This agreement cost $51,000 and was budgeted in the FY2019 IT budget.
