Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a trail easement agreement (COF Contract 2017-0068).
Background
The City of Franklin, Pesce Family Business and LLC and 3665 Mallory JV LLC entered into a trail easement Agreement as part of the Mallory Green Development Project. This trail system is in an existing 20-foot sanitary sewer and public access easement and will be maintained by Mallory JV.
