Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a warranty deed for the dedication of right-of-way (COF Contract 2018-0056).
Background
Duke Realty Limited Partnership dedicated right-of-way that included part of Duke Drive. This cleans up a mistake made on an old plat and gives the City full ownership of Duke Drive.
