Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning an agreement between the City of Franklin and Advance Fiber Optics for the purpose of support and maintenance of OSPInSight Edit for ESRI and OSPInSight SpliceGUI Fiber software.
Background
This City of Franklin IT Department purchase software to allow tracking of City owned Fiber from Advance Fiber Optics. This agreement outlines the support and maintenance the City will receive from Advance Fiber Optics for this software.
Financial Impact
This maintenance and support agreement was part of a software purchase, which totaled $9,099.00
