Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Nondisclosure agreement with Greenshades for the purpose of sharing information on the way our data is stored with Greenshades
Background
The City of Franklin uses Greenshades Software company for online pay stubs and employees’ direct deposit information. The City of Franklin has a need to review logfiles from the data Greenshades stores on their servers. This agreement allows us to share that data without disclosing any information on the way their application is setup.
Financial Impact
This is a no cost agreement between the City of Franklin and Greenshades Software.
