The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the agreements for dedication of easement for the Chester Stephens Court Sewer Extension Project.

These easements are necessary to construction the Chester Stephens Court Sewer Extension Project.
