The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the dedication of Easement for the Mack Hatcher North West Extension Utility Relocation Project (COF Contract No. 2017-0356).
Background
This easement is necessary to construct the utility relocations that are part of the Mack Hatcher North West Extension Project.
