Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreements for Dedication of Easement for the Goose Creek Inn Sanitary Sewer Line Project.
This project will take the Goose Creek Inn, Mapco, and the B&G business off of the private wastewater treatment plant and provide sewer to those properties, connecting to the City’s sewer collection system.
Background
These easements were necessary to construct the Goose Creek Inn Sanitary Sewer Line Project.
