Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Professional Services Agreement (COF Contract No. 2017-0048) with R. Rhett Turner for the Spencer Creek Sewer Improvements Project.

 

Background

This agreement is for the appraisals of the easements necessary to contrast the Spencer Creek Sewer Improvements Project.

 

Financial Impact

The cost associated with this agreement was for an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
