Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2017-0107.
Background
This project consists of traffic counts and phase I environmental site assessment for the proposed Phase I - Franklin Eastside Park Development located between Carothers Parkway and Interstate 65 near the South Carothers intersection.
Financial Impact
$9,700 paid out of the CIP General Obligation Bonds.
