Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2017-0105.
Background
The existing corrugated metal pipe located on Carnton Lane Bridge is currently failing and staff is working on replacing this culvert. Additional right-of-way was required for the project.
Financial Impact
No Financial Impact. This property was dedicated by the property owner.
