Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning execution of audit contract for 2018 for the Conference Center
Background
Resolution 2016-09 permits the City Administrator to approve audit contracts on behalf of the City.
Financial Impact
The audit contract for 2018 is $13,900. The Conference Center pays the audit fee.
