Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning For Consideration Of Dedication Of Easement For Bobby Drive Water Line Improvements COF Contract 2016-0202
Background
This project occurs on Bobby Drive in the Grassland area and consists of the replacement of approximately 5,700 linear feet of 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inchaging water lines from Hillsboro Road to Bradley Drive. This project will improve water quality and fire flow protection requirements in this area. There have been numerous breaks on this line and customers that have lost water pressures while those mains have been repaired.
