Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning extending the existing contract for one year for the time period of July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
Background
The current contract is in effect this budget year. There is provision in the contract to extend it for one additional year. Paul Johnson provides technical support for compliance with HUD regulations necessary to receive CDBG monies.
Financial Impact
The contract amount is $7,500 annually.
