Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a request to deny Sanitary Sewer Availability to 841 Old Charlotte Pike E.
Background
City staff received an availability request to deny sanitary sewer to 841 Old Charlotte Pike E on March 2, 2018. The request is for one single-family unit equivalent (1 SFUE). The property is located adjacent to and outside of the City Limits and the closest gravity sanitary sewer infrastructure is approximately 1,100 LF from the property line. In the past, the BOMA have approved these types of denial request due to the cost associated with extending infrastructure.
