Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning approval that was given on behalf of the Board to enter an agreement for the Franklin Fire Department to do a one-time rental for the awards ceremony.
Background
Franklin Fire Department conducts either an annual or bi-annual awards ceremony to recognize their personnel. A facility to accommodate approximately 250-300 persons is necessary for this use.
Financial Impact
The total fee for the one-time rental was $500.
