Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to notify and provide information to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) regarding the license agreement approved on behalf of BOMA between the City of Franklin and EMI Entertainment World, Inc.
Background
The City entered into an agreement with EMI Entertainment World, Inc. for the use of the song “Magic” during the 2017 State of the City.
Financial Impact
The cost of the license is $1,500.
