Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the proposed reorganization of the Law Department.
Background
The Law Department is requesting to modify the organizational chart to place the position of “Paralegal” under the supervision of City Attorney.
