Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning amending the contract with Community Housing Partnership (CHP) to extend the term of the contract.

 

Background

Community Housing Partnership has completed 45 projects since 2007.  There is approximately $110,000 remaining to be expended with current contracts. The next Annual Action Plan is proposed to allot an additional $25,000 in the Emergency Repair activity. 

 

Financial Impact

No additional funds are being allotted.  

 

Recommendation

Staff recommends extending the timeframe of the contract.
