Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Agreement of Dedication of Easement (COF Contract No. 2016-0197) with Reja Ferdowski.
Background
The purpose of the Bobby Drive Water line project is to upgrade and loop the existing water line in Bobby Drive from Hillsboro Road to Bradley Drive. The City decided to install the water line outside of the roadway to avoid repaving the entire width and length of Bobby Drive. In order to do this, City staff has been acquiring easements for the project.
Financial Impact
The cost of the easement was $5,791.50 and will be funded from the Water Operating Budget.
