Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Agreement for Dedication of Easement (COF Contract No. 2016-0127) with Marc Headden and Robert N. Moore Jr.
Background
The Goose Creek Sanitary Sewer Extension Project from West of I-65 to East of I-65 was one of the projects identified by the City of Franklin to provide sanitary sewer service to the East side of I-65 for existing and proposed developments. Easements were necessary for the construction of this project.
Financial Impact
The cost of the easement was $24,500 paid for from the Sewer Operating Fund.
