Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Parking Study
Background
On August 9, 2016, the BOMA approved a professional services agreement (COF Contract No. 2016-0230) with Volkert, Inc. to study both existing and future parking in Downtown Franklin. This study was completed and acknowledged by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. Staff is seeking direction on how to proceed with some of the recommendations.
