Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to present Resolution No. 2017-49, a resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to endorse the Lockwood Glen Development Plan and Rezoning owner's affidavits on the City's behalf for the newly acquired Robinson Lake property for the purpose of allowing the Robinson Lake Property to be removed from the Lockwood Glen Planned Unit Development and be rezoned to the Civic-Institutional Zoning District.

The property will need to be removed from the PUD, and given a more appropriate zoning district of Civic Institutional (CI). As all planning applications require owner affidavits for all lands involved in an application, the application will need to include an owner affidavit for this city-owned land.
