Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2016-0348.
Background
City staff and the developer were considering options for modifying the access to the Parkway Commons Shopping Center at the un-signalized drive just south of Shadow Green Drive / Southeast Parkway along Columbia Avenue. This study was needed to fully understand the short and long term options associated with access on Columbia Ave.
Financial Impact
$6,500 paid out of the Engineering / TOC approved budget.
