Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2016-0336.
Background
During construction of the overlook structure it was determined that we needed to make some modifications and repairs to help stabilize the overlook structure. To complete this work our structural engineer needed to review and analyze the as-built conditions of the structural framing and provide revised framing plans for the contractor.
Financial Impact
$3,750 paid out of the project budget.
