Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning COF 2016-0051 and COF 2016-0052.
Background
At the request of a homebuilder and Southern Land, City staff worked with two property owners to make minor modifications to drainage easement located in the Westhaven Subdivision. These modifications were made to accommodate the building footprint and drainage.
