The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone 0.9 acres from Specific Development-Residential (SD-R 10) to Specific Development-Residential (SD-R 11.5) at 725 W. Main St. The property was previously rezoned to SD-R 10 on August 23, 2016 to accommodate a new 8-unit multifamily building. The applicant wishes to adjust the floorplans to add two more units. The footprint of the building will not change. The revised development plan (COF #6600) will also be heard at this meeting.
