Consideration Of A Revised 2018 Meeting Schedule Beginning In February Through The Month Of May

Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the members of the Budget & Finance Committee concerning its meeting schedule beginning with the month of February 2018 and ending with the month of May 2018.
Background
At their most recent meeting, the Budget & Finance Committee decided upon a 2:00pm CT meeting time for 2018. Due to longer meeting durations during the months in which the FY 2019 Budget will be under consideration, there is a recommendation from Chairman Barnhill to start meetings at 1:00pm CT beginning with the month of February through the month of May.
