Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the demolition of 304 Hillsboro Road.
Background
This property was purchased as part of the Hillsboro Road Project and was used as a construction field office during construction. The building and structure is no longer needed and was approved for demolition.
Financial Impact
$13,000 to be paid out of the CIP fund.
