Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to notify and provide information to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) regarding the contract approved on behalf of BOMA between the City of Franklin and Southern Style Photo Booths LLC.
Background
The City entered into a contract with Southern Style Photo Booths LLC for their services at the 2017 Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Financial Impact
The cost of the license is $1,048.99.
