Background/Staff Comments
The applicant is requesting the first of two possible site plan extensions for the project at 7007 Moores Lane. This is due to a potential buyer backing out of the original agreement, and securing a new buyer. Please see the attached letter for further description of the extension request. The project was originally reviewed by Planning Commission as it had an incompatible land use buffer on the property, and therefore Planning Commission must grant the first extension request.
