Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the issuance of a retail liquor license.
Background
Mr. Colin Ward is selling the business to Mr. Richard English. Mr. English is applying for this location’s retail certificate as the Managing Agent for the store located at 188 Front Street, Suite 108. In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department. Mr. English has satisfied all application requirements.
