Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the issuance of this retail certificate. Ms. Nicole Barclay is renewing her retail certificate for the business.  A requirement for their State of Tennessee license renewal is this certificate approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to complete the application process with the State of Tennessee.
