Background/Staff Comments

The City is proposing to annex 2.72 acres of existing roadway in the Franklin East Subdivision.  The roads impacted are Ridgeway Drive, all of Stanford Drive, and a portion of Beacon Hill Drive.  This annexation is for the roadway(s) extending from the current City limits at October Park PUD Subdivision to the end of Beacon Hill Drive/Stanford Drive and the Adams Property, also the current edge of the City Limits.

 

This annexation is for the current roadway only.  State Law prohibits the City from involuntarily annexing any homes without the owner’s permission.  The City is not proposing to annex any homes with this request.
