This Resolution outlines how and what the City plans to provide the annexed property known as Ridgeway Drive, Stanford Drive, and a portion of Beacon Hill Drive within the Franklin East Subdivision. A separate Resolution/Ordinance to annex accompanies this Resolution.
The area to be annexed is roadway/Right of Way only at this point. Current Tennessee State law prohibits the City from involuntarily annexing any of the homes in the Franklin East Subdivision without the property owner’s permission. This annexation request does not include any homes.
