Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the Amendment #3 to the Professional Services Agreement for the Goose Creek Sanitary Sewer Extension Project from West of I65 to East of I65 (COF Contract No. 2014-0177) with Hethcoat and Davis in the Amount of $12,800.00.
Background
The contractor for the project has requested an increase in the contract time of 60 days. This amendment is for the increase in the construction services with the engineering consultant as a result of this increase.

Increase to original contract in the amount of $12,800.00
