This property is contiguous to the city limits along the eastern property line. The property is adjacent to Stream Valley PUD Subdivision, and the applicant will be required to extend existing roadway and infrastructure networks across the property. This property is within the Goose Creek Character Area, and the applicant’s desire to develop this property as primarily single-family residential uses would be supported by Envision Franklin. A separate Annexation request, Zoning request, and Development Plan accompany this request for a Plan of Services.
