Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the recent closing on the Series 2017 Bonds
Background
The City of Franklin issued General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $23,120,000 on June 27, 2017. The State requires completion of Form CT-0253. The State also requires that the completed form be acknowledged by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen at the first meeting following completion of the bond issue. No other action is required on the part of the Board.
