Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Change Order No. 2 to the On-Call Annual Contract for Called Bonds (COF Contract No. 2015-0080) with Tennessee Valley Paving Company for a time extension through June 30, 2018.

On October 15, 2016, the BOMA approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract time until June 30, 2017.

Change Order No. 2 will extend the contract time through June 30, 2018, which is the end of the 2018 fiscal year. The City will re-bid the annual contracts in Spring 2018. It is typical for the City to re-bid on-call annual contracts on a three (3) year cycle. Therefore, Change Order No. 2 will represent the final time extension to COF Contract No. 2015-0080.

Financial Impact
No direct funding is allocated with this contract. The actual amount of funding t...
