Purpose

The purpose of this memo is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning Amendment No. 1 to COF Contract No. 2011-0076.

 

Background

On May 10, 2011, the BOMA approved a professional services agreement (COF Contract No. 2011-0076) with SSR for the Mack Hatcher Parkway Extension Water & Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project.  The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) has requested additional changes to the roadway project, and it is now necessary to update the plans to accommodate the Mack Hatcher Parkway Extension project.

 

Financial Impact

This amendment is for an amount not-to-exceed $35,400.00.  Funding shall be paid out of the approved Water and Sewer Annual Budget for FY 2018.
