Purpose

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning a utility relocation agreement with Atmos Energy Corporation for the SR96 East Sidewalk Project.

 

Background

City staff has been working with Atmos Energy Corporation on a utility relocation plan for the SR96 East Sidewalk Project.  This contract will allow the City to bid the relocation of utilities with the project.  Atmos Energy Corporation will be required to reimburse the City for 100% of the actual cost associated with the project.
