Purpose
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) concerning the renewal of a retail liquor license.
Background
Mr. Woodard has made renewal application for a retail liquor license for the store located at 1935 Mallory Lane, Franklin, TN. In accordance with policy, a background records check has been performed by the Franklin Police Department. Mr. Woodard has satisfied all application requirements.
