Recommendation: When this project was approved on January 27, 2005, it was expected that development would progress rapidly at this intersection. Consequently, the condition for the driveway/median modification improvements was written with the intention that it would be shared between the applicant of this site and future developers. To date, no other construction has occurred adjacent to this location. Therefore, the City's engineering department has agreed that this surety shall be converted to a cash contribution, to be utilized by the City at an unknown future date, towards the completion of the driveway/median modification improvements.
