Recommendation: Extend to April 26, 2018.
Reason/Deficiency: The two missing street trees on Physicians Way shall be installed. The missing tree in the island near the western entrance shall be installed. All Crepe Myrtles have been topped, and shall be replaced. The numerous dead shrubs shall be replaced. Additional material shall be installed to supplement the inadequate utility screening.
